Almond Butter Banana Oatmeal Smoothie


  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • 1½ cups almond milk

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats (gluten free for G-free eaters)

  • 1 banana, mashed or cut into chunks

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt

  • ¼ cup all-natural almond butter

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoon roasted sunflower seeds (optional)


  1. Place oats and sunflower seeds into a blender and pulse until they are finely ground. Add banana chunks, almond butter, yogurt, almond milk, cinnamon, ice cubes and sweetener if desired. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
