Almond Butter Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup ice cubes
1½ cups almond milk
1/4 cup rolled oats (gluten free for G-free eaters)
1 banana, mashed or cut into chunks
1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
¼ cup all-natural almond butter
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoon roasted sunflower seeds (optional)
Instructions
Place oats and sunflower seeds into a blender and pulse until they are finely ground. Add banana chunks, almond butter, yogurt, almond milk, cinnamon, ice cubes and sweetener if desired. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
